• A registration fee of $599 is built into our pricing and is non-refundable
• Remaining fees are due in one or two installments (program dependant).
  • Summer and Go First Programs: Balance due simultaneously with match acceptance
  • Host First Program: Balance broken in to two installments, July 1st and September 15th
• Program fee timelines will vary based on program selection

Included:

• ISE administration fee
• Bag, luggage tag, and passport pouch
• Chaperoned or UM (when applicable) international air travel from/to Toronto Pearson Int’l Airport in economy class on regular airlines
• Travel insurance*: trip cancellation and interruption, AND emergency medical /hospital

Exclusions:

• Personal spending money including any school or extra curricular activities
• Domestic flight/shuttle service to/from Toronto Pearson Airport (the program is based into/out of Toronto Pearson Airport)
• Any fees or costs associated with domestic flight/shuttle to/from Toronto Pearson Airport (i.e. checked luggage)
• Excess or overweight baggage charges imposed by the airlines
• Any additional domestic travel co-ordinated by families
• Expenses resulting from travel changes caused by events beyond the control of ISE Ontario
• Cost of any required travel documentation, immunizations, or testing
