Elementary Go FIrst Application
Toronto District School Board Students are not eligible for Elementary School-Year Exchanges.
To apply for a 2020 Go First Elementary Exchange Program please follow the steps outlined below.
All documents must be submitted by no later than October 18.

Submit the following items directly to the ISE Office via Letter Mail or Email Attachment at email@example.com
- Completed Registration Package
- Registration Form
- School Recommendation Form
- Health Form
- Conditions of Participation
- Recent School Report Card / Transcript
- Registration Fee
Note: We accept Cheques or E-Transfers for the Registration Fee. Credit card payments are not accepted.
Download, and fully complete the Application Form. Please save the Application Form to your desktop and insert your photos into the PDF document.

Note: This step only applies to students whose time is shared between two homes. If this does not apply to you, disregard this step.
Students whose time is shared between two homes must submit an application for each home. Parents living in the second home must complete and submit the Second Household Application Form.
